Learning is an ongoing, lifelong process. Real learning is ‘transformative’ in some way, and no two individuals will ever be learning precisely the same thing at any one time. As a teacher, I am primarily a facilitator. My job is to meet each student where s/he is and to present challenges and opportunities for engagement that will ‘empower’ students’ relationship to their own learning process.
