Julie L. Kalish

Lecturer in Writing

Learning is an ongoing, lifelong process. Real learning is "transformative" in some way, and no two individuals will ever be learning precisely the same thing at any one time. As a teacher, I am primarily a facilitator. My job is to meet each student where s/he is and to present challenges and opportunities for engagement that will "empower" students’ relationship to their own learning process.
